Join National History Day and the California Foundation for History Education for a free professional development workshop at Sonoma State University on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, from 8:00 AM–3:00 PM.

This full-day, hands-on workshop is open to all educators interested in learning more about National History Day and how to bring inquiry-based, student-centered projects into their classrooms.

Substitute reimbursement available upon request.

​

Teachers from Title I schools who teach grades 4–12 are eligible to apply for a grant. This grant includes teacher stipends for 2 years and classroom supply funds for the 2026–2027 school year.
